Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to read our appointment policies below.
 

 

Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of €15 is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • House Rules:
  • No guests or children are allowed.
  • Please do not bring food or consume alcohol during your appointment.
  • Please arrive with clean and blow-dried hair, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If you arrive with wet hair or a weave that requires removal, an additional €10 fee applies.
Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time, as lateness affects the schedule of other clients.
  • 10 minutes late: €10 late fee
  • 15 minutes late: €15 late fee
  • More than 15 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled.

Used Bundles & Customer-Supplied Hair
If you bring your own bundles, closure or frontal, please understand that the final result depends on the quality and condition of the hair.
 
For used and/or pre-cut bundles:
  • We cannot guarantee the desired result when working with previously used, cut, damaged or poor-quality hair.
  • All customer-supplied hair will be inspected before installation.
    If the hair is not suitable to achieve the desired result, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
    Alternatively, you may purchase new bundles and/or a closure from ABYMSTYLEZ Hair Collection, subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse installation if the hair quality could compromise the final result.
    By booking, you acknowledge that ABYM.HAIRSTYLEZ is not responsible for the condition or quality of customer-supplied hair and that the final result cannot be guaranteed when unsuitable hair is provided.
 
Our priority is always to give you the best possible result, which is why we will be honest with you if your hair is not suitable for the requested style.
